- +5 to +11: one Xal'atath's Bargain affix rotates each week.
- +7 and up: Fortified and Tyrannical alternate weekly, and from +10 both are active every week, so trash and bosses both hit harder.
- +12 and up: Xal'atath's Guile replaces the Bargains and makes deaths much more punishing.
