What renews
RankSurge Pro
RankSurge Pro is a monthly membership for $4.99 a month plus any taxes that apply. It gives unlimited AI Profile Picks, no ads on RankSurge while you're signed in, and a Pro badge. Player profiles, stat pages and quick picks stay free without Pro. Pro turns on for the customer account email used at checkout. Details are on the RankSurge Pro page.
Advertising packages
Monthly billing is available on every advertising package: site ads (Spotlight Box, Banner, Featured Partner and Game Hub Sponsor) and blog ads (Blog Spotlight, Blog Banner and Blog Takeover). Package details are on the Advertise page.
Prepaid ad plans do not renew
If you choose 3, 6 or 12 months prepaid for an advertising package, you pay once for the whole term at a discount and nothing renews automatically. We email you before the term ends so you can extend if you want.
How often and how much
- Frequency: every month, on the same day of the month as your first purchase.
- Price: the monthly price shown at checkout, plus any taxes that apply. For advertising packages this depends on the package and share of voice you chose. Prices are in US dollars.
- Payment: charged automatically to the payment method you used at Shopify checkout. An order confirmation is emailed for each charge.
Founding Advertiser rates and price changes
Founding Advertiser rates stay locked while your subscription stays active. For other subscriptions, including RankSurge Pro, we email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your customer account, open your subscriptions and cancel, or
- Email sales@ranksurge.games and ask us to cancel.
Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
What happens after you cancel
No further charges are made. RankSurge Pro stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan. An ad keeps running until the end of the month you already paid for, then it is removed. A Founding Advertiser rate ends when the subscription ends. Payments already made are not refunded except as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Shopify may retry it. If payment cannot be collected, we may pause your ad or end your Pro membership until it is, or cancel the subscription.
