We never ask for or store your game password.
Advertiser information: if you buy an advertising package, your name or business name, email address, ad creative and landing page URL. Payment and billing details are handled by Shopify checkout and Shopify Subscriptions; we do not see or store your full card number.
Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use information

To run the site and show player stats you request.
To send launch alerts, weekly recaps and other emails you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.

Public stats

Some games make player statistics public. Where a publisher requires opt-in (for example Valorant through Riot Sign On), we only show your stats after you link your account and agree, and we tell you before you confirm that linking makes your match data visible on RankSurge. You can unlink at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run RankSurge, such as Shopify (website hosting, forms, checkout and subscription billing through Shopify Subscriptions), Klaviyo (email), Google (analytics and Google & YouTube sales channel) and our hosting provider for stats lookups, and when required by law.
