The RankSurge Destiny 2 armor database shows every legendary and exotic armor piece for Hunter, Titan and Warlock. Filter by class, slot, set bonus and archetype, read each exotic perk in full and see the stat range each piece can roll under Armor 3.0.

How does Armor 3.0 work?

Armor uses six stats: Weapons, Health, Class, Grenade, Super and Melee. Each piece has an archetype that sets its primary and secondary stat, plus one random tertiary stat. Higher gear tiers roll closer to the top of each range. Stats go up to 200; 100 gives the full base effect and points above 100 add an extra bonus.

What are armor set bonuses?

Many new armor sets give a bonus when you wear two pieces and a stronger one at four pieces. Open any set piece to read both bonuses, or filter the list by set to see every piece in it for your class. The build planner shows which set bonuses are active in your build.

How do I pick an exotic for my build?

Pick your class, then filter by Exotic and search for a keyword from the effect you want, such as "grenade", "Super" or "melee". Every exotic's full perk text is searchable. Add it to a build to see your total stats and check that you only have one exotic armor piece equipped.

Frequently asked questions

Why do some armor pieces have no stats?

Armor 3.0 pieces list their archetypes and stat ranges in Bungie's item data, so RankSurge can show them. Older armor rolled stats per drop, so those numbers only exist on your own copy. Sign in through the build planner to load the real stats of the armor you own.

What do the armor archetypes mean?

Each archetype sets an armor piece's primary and secondary stat. For example, Gunner armor rolls Weapons as the primary stat and Grenade as the secondary. The armor page lists every archetype a piece can roll, and the build planner lets you choose one to estimate your totals.

Can I compare two exotic armor pieces?

Yes. Select Compare on up to four armor pieces and open the compare tray to see their exotic perks, set bonuses, archetypes, stat ranges and sources side by side.

How often is the armor database updated?

Every day after the Destiny 2 daily reset, from Bungie's official item database. New armor sets and exotics appear soon after Bungie adds them to the game.

Is the armor database free?

Yes. Browsing, filtering and comparing are free with no account needed.
